It seems that each successive season, Bobo, for the most part, has learned from his mistakes. The team's play reflects that. I think he's smart enough to know the grass isn't always greener. As I've written in other posts he seems to have a lot Sonny's sensibilities + he's witnessed firsthand and benefitted from the commitment of the school to the athletic program. If he were to bolt to whatever team and then his successor leads us to the P5, that guy will get all the credit and the contributions of Mac and Bobo will fade into history. Don't believe me? Red Miller didn't do shit with the "77 Broncos. Every real Broncos fan knows that was John Ralston's team, plus a few tweeks. Does JR get any credit for his contribution to get the Broncos to their 1st SB--the answer is a resounding if unfair NO. Bobo knows he has a good thing here and he knows that the expectations would increase 10x if not more if he jumps ship to something supposedly bigger and better. I will amend my earlier statements. I say if we make it to the conference title game we extend him. Give him some piece of mind so he keep doing what has become a very good to brilliant job of improving this team. Let's just hope nobody gets in his ear if a big job opens up and his name gets mentioned.
