I was totally wrong about Anderson. I thought he was a good coach.

Even if you are burned out you don't throw your colleagues and subordinates under the bus. Coaches don't just coach players they coach Coaches. If he was to publicly humiliate his hires he surely should have stayed to the end of the year, because he created the mess. Hires then poor direction and schemes and sounds like recruiting.

Though it was the first game of the year "with their fresh start and good finish from last year" our victory seems not so good. So l still believe it was a Good Win. But that loss for the Beavers demoralized them and they have let that loss lead to other losses. The old saying "don't let a loss beat you twice" appears to have beat them 5 times even their unimpressive victory over Portland State.

Our questionable loss to the bLuffs has not cost us the coaches continue to build and the memory that you must control what you can control seems to motivate the squad to play their best.

Back to Anderson not good no matter how much $$$ he left, he should have pulled an Urban Meyer left at the end of season, hiatus, reflect and then see if it is something you can again do well?
